decent stay with some drawbacks
The staff was very helpful. I appreciated that. the breakfast had many options, it was easy to choose what i wanted. my room included a washing machine, it was really convenient. i found the bed comfortable.
The pool played loud music, it was rap with explicit language. the coffee wasn't very good.

i really liked the hotel. the staff helped me use the grab taxi system, useful. nisa and patt were both especially helpful (i really appreciated their help!).
the balcony was tiny, sadly.

the room included a washing machine, which i found very useful. smart tv was also in the room! it was very convenient. the rooftop bar offered relaxation.

a decent hotel
clean room flexible staff bottled water soundproof rooms outside noise customer complaints
the hotel room was very clean and modern. i liked that the cleaning ladies were flexible with cleanup time compared to other hotels! bottled water was provided in the room.
The rooms were not soundproof. That was a problem. the noise from outside was unbearable, even on higher floors. the staff told me that many customers had complained.

a haven of warmth
warmth kindness really good dedication
the staff showed really good kindness and professionalism from the start. the receptionists, bellboys, doormen, and housekeepers were very warm. every detail ensured i felt at home, and i appreciated the dedication the whole team demonstrated. i will most certainly return during my next visit
